• Pacemaker Technician (Safety Harbor & St Petersburg only)

• Medical Office Representative

BayCare is looking for full-time positions. Monday thru Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM available for Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties only.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements will vary and will be reviewed with a BayCare Recruiter.

Medical Assistant (MA, EMT or Paramedic):

• Required High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Required approved Medical Assistant Certification required within 6 months of hire date or proof of active license/certification OR Florida EMT (Emergency Medical Technician) OR NREMT (Nationally Recognized Emergency Medical Technician) OR Florida Paramedic license.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Required High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Required Florida LPN license.

Pacemaker Technician (Safety Harbor & St Petersburg only):

• Required Education: HS Graduate or Equivalent GED

• Required Licensure and Experience: Cardiology Arrhythmia Certification and 3 years of healthcare or 1 year of Cardiology OR Cardiology Arrhythmia Certification and graduation from an approved technical school specializing in implanted devices and/or arrhythmia Or RN license and 5 years of implanted cardiac device experience

• Preferred Experience: Working with programmers from major device companies and utilizing remote monitoring sites from major device companies

• Preferred Certifications: CRAT Certification (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician), RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist), CCDS (Certified Cardiac Device Specialist), CEPS (Certified Electrophysiology Specialist)

Medical Office Representative:

• Required HSD or GED

• Required 6 months of customer service experience

• Preferred 1 year of medical office experience
