The Project Coordinator for CRS is responsible for project management, system administration and recordkeeping for Community Residential Supports. You will be responsible to provide business analytics to support growth, process improvement and operational improvements, including service efficiencies as directed and to assure compliance. This position acts as the liaison between program leadership, potential candidates, and employees. Will also provide administrative support to the Senior Director and Senior Area Director. We are hiring a full-time hybrid Project Coordinator in the North Metro. This exciting role will be an integral part of program operations and will support all levels of program leadership within our Disability Residential Services division. The role has a strong emphasis upon recruitment for our key program roles, review, contact, and overall relationship management of new applicants, preparing candidates for new hire orientation, development of community partnerships with educational institutions to seek unique candidate pools. the ideal candidate for this role will be proficient with technology, is professional and personable, is detailed, and has a passion for connecting with people. Location is flexible, looking to fill a role in the Northern metro. An outstanding reputation. Position Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human services or business or comparable experience. Project Management Certification, or willingness to obtain within 12 months. Experience completing reports and analyzing data. Experience training groups of people. Supervisory experience. Experience or understanding of person-centered planning processes and 245D requirements. Advanced computer skills to include Microsoft Office Suite and email; skills in the areas of keyboarding, computer operation (including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, knowledge of uploading documents to an intranet site), office management and basic bookkeeping. Knowledge of pertinent software utilized by LSS preferred. Knowledge of the Personal Support Services programs preferred. Driver's license. Willingness to travel. Veterans are encouraged to apply!
