Actalent Computer Vision Engineer in St. Louis, Missouri

Job Title: Computer Vision Engineer

Job Description

As a Computer Vision Engineer, you will turn complex biomedical imaging data into actionable insights. You will serve as an independent subject matter expert in machine learning and computer vision, developing unique and innovative methods and applications in these fields. You will work in cross-disciplinary teams to implement AI products that enhance efficiency, improve decision making, and enable cost reductions. Your responsibilities will also include discovering insights and identifying opportunities through AI and machine learning techniques, developing standardized data modeling workflows to shorten development cycles, comparing various modeling approaches, and assessing tradeoffs for accuracy, computation speed, and supportability in-field. Additionally, you will collaborate with Software Engineers to translate custom modeling tools to executable routines for automation integration, deliver analytical reports, present results to stakeholders, and maintain IP-related documentation of results. This position is based in St. Louis, MO.

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 52 Weeks and potential to extend longer.
