As a Senior SharePoint Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing cutting-edge SharePoint solutions that drive collaboration, streamline workflows, and enhance business processes for our clients. You'll collaborate closely with our team of experts to design, develop, and deploy SharePoint solutions that leverage the power of Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. This position is remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• SharePoint Solution Design and Development:

• Lead the design, customization, and deployment of SharePoint solutions, including site collections, document libraries, workflows, web parts, and custom applications.

• Ensure SharePoint solutions align with client business objectives and industry best practices.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI Integration:

• Seamlessly integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI to enable advanced data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence capabilities.

• Microsoft Fabric Expertise:

• Leverage Microsoft Fabric for data integration and processing, optimizing the performance and scalability of SharePoint solutions.

• Client Consultation and Delivery:

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored SharePoint solutions.

• Gather requirements, offer recommendations, and ensure successful solution implementation.

• Migration and Support:

• Assist clients in migrating from on-premises SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online.

• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure clients can effectively utilize SharePoint solutions.

  Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint design and development, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019.

Technical Skills: Proven expertise in SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, PowerApps, Microsoft 365 services, and Power BI.

Consulting Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: A strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex SharePoint issues and provide innovative solutions.

Certifications: Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power BI, or related areas are highly desired.
