As a Talent Acquisition Recruiting Coordinator you will:

• Support Recruiters with the recruitment process, focused on the important yet tactical steps in the process including scheduling interviews, candidate travel, applicant tracking system data entry and other required candidate workflow process tasks
• Be responsible for scheduling, coordinating travel, onsite check-in, event planning, meals, escorting candidates, time management, reimbursement of expenses, and arranging debrief session

{=html} <!-- --> - Coordinating, scheduling and confirming interviews (e.g., video, phone and in-person) for all levels, including executives - Working on projects that add value to the business - Monitoring background checks and coordinating onboarding for new hires - Preparing and maintaining recruiting reports and metrics

This position is full time, M-F from 8am to 5pm. Position is temp for 1 year, possibly longer with a chance of going temp to hire for right person. Position is hybrid 2 days in office and 3 days remote.

Requirements:

• Ability to thrive and contribute in a team environment
• High level of accountability, professional judgement and customer focus required
• Ability to prioritize, stay focused and organized in a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Experience with Applicant Tracking systems, advanced Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Excel and MS Teams and MS Forms

Pay Rate: \$30-35/hr
