Work Schedule:

Monday/Tuesday, Thursday/ Friday - 4:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

May be occasional Wednesday work due to production needs. Job Grade/Pay will be based on level of experience. (Start from \$22.35/hr. to \$31.95/hr.) Sign-On Bonus \$5,000 to Qualified Applicants (must not have received a Sign-On Bonus previously)

Job Description:

General Maintenance positions are responsible for keeping machinery running to maintain continuous production. You must be able to set up, adjust and break down production line machinery, be able to learn Tyson SAP software to make work orders and fill out the daily documentation that is required in the system. Must be able to read and write where required, must be able to use math as needed to make work related computations for machinery, fluid capacities, etc. Must be willing and able to lift, push, or carry up to 25 + lbs., must be able to stand, bend, reach over-head and twist for long periods of time, must be able to stand 10-12 hours a day on hard floors, climb fixed ladders, work in a hot, dusty, damp/cold environment, with a high concentration of allergens such as Chick down/Dust. Must possess a Boiler Certification or have the ability to acquire one within 6 months.

Job Requirements:

6 months of continuous work history within the last 6 months. A minimum of 1 - year related maintenance experience and/or technical certifications and working knowledge of electricity, power transmissions, plumbing, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, cutting and the use of shop tools preferred. Must not own, posses, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild or exotic fowl to be considered. Animal well - being background check is required if necessary.
