We're seeking an Inland Northwest Safety Manager to oversee safety audits and provide expert guidance at our Kennewick or Spokane sites. This role plays a critical part in administering our Safety Program to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Promote MacDonald-Miller's Safety Program at all times through various efforts - including while walking the jobsite, coordinating safety training programs, and creating and assembling site-specific safety manuals. Coordinate, create, and present both safety and hygiene training. Evaluate subcontractor paperwork, including filing L&I reports and calling subcontractors. The Inland Northwest Safety Manager reports to Lee Pyfrom - Director of Safety on a collaborative team working on a variety of projects and initiatives to support our growing business.
