Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred) * 2+ years of experience in garage or valet operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred * Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills * Proficient in using parking management systems and technology * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Benefits
