The Emerging Leaders Program Lead will be responsible for the design, delivery, and implementation of the Emerging Leaders program (ELP) to produce high performing, corporate athlete leaders for CDW. The ELP Program Lead will help drive business results while focusing on Leadership Development solutions and individual performance. This individual will work closely with key stakeholders including Talent Management leadership, HR Business Partners, senior leadership across business functions, and the ELP Steering Committee to manage and continue to improve the program.

 

What you will do:

Serve as day-to-day program manager for the CDW Emerging Leaders Program, under the guidance of the Director of Leadership Development.

Contribute to program planning and the evolution of program content, materials, experience, evaluation approach and reporting. Liaise with key stakeholders and partners to ensure successful program delivery. Oversee program logistics, participant tracking, and budget management.

Responsible for design, development, pilot, delivery, and program management of all Emerging Leader Program operations and timelines

Drive communication and alignment with Sales and Integrated Tech Emerging Leader liaison team

Develop, manage, and execute project plans to ensure effective resource allocation for all milestones of the Emerging Leaders Program

Lead reporting, measurement, and analytics for assigned programs and initiatives by conducting, compiling, and summarizing stakeholder feedback and other talent data. Make recommendations, incorporate changes and refine processes to enhance the Emerging Leader Development program

Consult with Talent Management, HR and senior leaders to assess talent and organizational needs, develop solutions, and lead successful implementation of programs in support of desired changes, and evolve and maintain a healthy and thriving culture

Assess Emerging Leader challenges, diagnose opportunities, and make recommendations, in partnership with the Steering Committee, that positively impact the program and our leadership pipeline

Lead continuous improvement and integration efforts with all Leadership Development to enhance quality and increase efficiency in area ofresponsibility, while keeping up with current best practices and innovative programs

Contribute to greater Leadership Development and Talent Management projects as assigned

Serve as a member of the CDW Leadership Conference Steering Committee.

Support project management and execution of workstreams and activities as assigned
