Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day execution and delivery of high-quality, on-budget, digital products and platforms. This position will work as part of a rapidly changing media environment to manage the development and execution of multiple digital initiatives that meet the needs of both audience and advertisers. 

This role will collaborate with a variety of key stakeholders to guide projects and products through the entire lifecycle from concept and development to release and ongoing maintenance, including quality assurance (QA).  This includes anticipating product and market trends while addressing risks related to project scheduling and budgeting.

MAJOR FUNCTIONS:

• Collaborates with teams across the organization to support digital media products and contribute to the development of new digital initiatives.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for designated digital projects.
• Oversees all aspects of projects, including concept development, design, communication, resource management, and quality testing.
• Acts as a liaison between stakeholders by attending meetings, presenting project updates, and fostering strong working relationships.
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues, recommending improvements to existing processes.
• Coordinates with content and sales teams to facilitate digital content distribution.
• Trains staff on best practices for utilizing digital tools and platforms.
• Research and monitor digital media trends that support organizational efforts.
• Develops an effective cadence for creating and distributing internal data reports and metrics.

MINIMUM EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or another related field.

At least three years working professional experience, including project management responsibilities, required.

At least three years of experience using content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress, required.
