These

positions are responsible for a variety of basic accounting duties designed to

assist in the maintenance of accurate supporting financial documents and

records. Specific job responsibilities

will be divided amongst staff according to abilities and experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely journalentries over a variety of areas including, but not limited to, cash,investments, prepaids, debt, accruals, fixed asset accounting andaffiliation accounting.

• Prepare monthly reconciliationstimely and accurately.Follow-upand resolve all discrepancies timely.

• Prepare account analysis and otheranalytical review of budget and actual variances as directed.

• Prepare yearend schedules for theexternal auditors’ review.

• A bachelor’s degree in accountingis required with previous experience in the field of accountingpreferred.

• Proficiency in Excel andflexibility to learn KCI accounting systems is a must.
