A charter school in South Weber, Utah, is now accepting applications for a full-time Director for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year.

The mission of HMCS is to equip students with the highest quality education while fostering an entrepreneurial spirit by integrating practical business applications throughout the core curriculum.

Qualifications: 

• Valid Utah Teaching License and Administrative Endorsement is preferred

• Prior teaching experience is preferred

• Experience working with a budget

• Leadership experience with demonstrated exemplary results and experience with program development

• Strong problem-solving and planning skills

• Goal oriented

• Collaborator

• Clear and compelling communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to develop and maintain positive community relations

• Adept at analyzing data to improve student and staff achievement

• Ability to work and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
