• Inventory Management: Managing inventory and supplies, including lifting items that may weigh 50 lbs. or more.

• Schedule Management: Adapting to various baking schedules, including mid-afternoon to night shifts, and being flexible during holiday seasons for potential overnight shifts.

  Who You Are:

  The ideal candidate for the Head Baker role should exhibit:

• Proven Track Record: Demonstrating exceptional abilities in the kitchen by following complex recipes and paying attention to the fine details that make our breads exceptional.

• Physical Stamina: Handling the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and managing heavy lifting.

• Flexibility and Adaptability: Successfully navigating changes and maintaining high-quality standards under pressure.

• Experience: At least 1+ years of large-scale baking or pastry experience (preferred, not required).

• Compliance: Attentiveness to local, state, and federal regulations for food handling and sanitation standards.

• Education: Formal baking or pastry education is a bonus, but not a requirement.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to qualify for this position.
