Our client in Waterbury, VT is seeking a key member of their team! The Volunteer Empowerment Coordinator serves as a valuable member of a Vermont organization focused upon youth development! This position provides assistance within various program\'s needs. The person in this role will offer guidance and support in areas such as registration services, membership development, and program supply needs. This is a permanent position with benefits offered!\ \ Responsibilities:\ -Provide guidance to volunteers in navigating registration and online tools effectively.\ -Support volunteers in membership development efforts to ensure growth and sustainability of the organization\'s programs.\ -Assist volunteers in fulfilling program supply needs to facilitate engaging and impactful activities through work order processing.\ -Collaborate with the team to develop training materials for volunteers.\ \ Working hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM\ \ Skills:\ -Fluent in Microsoft Office Products and confident operating consumer web-based applications.\ -Retail experience.\ -Previous experience using Blackbaud, Salesforce or other enterprise CRM.\ \ Education:\ High School with 1-4 years of office experience.
