Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform both corrective and preventive maintenance on assembly lines across multiple buildings. This role requires expertise specifically with packaging and filler maintenance experience. The candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of high-speed packaging equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and efficient maintenance operations on high-speed packaging equipment such as fillers, cappers, labelers, blenders, pumps, and mixers.

• Perform scheduled maintenance repairs and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

• Assist in improving maintenance procedures.

• Actively participate in production support and ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities.

• Take a proactive approach to preventive maintenance.

Essential Skills

• 480v 3-phase motor familiarity

• PLC knowledge

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 2-5 years maintenance experience

• Electrical and mechanical understanding

• Mechanical/Technical degree preferred

• Excellent reading, math, and communication skills

• Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and other departments

• Understanding of work orders and processes

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr.
