Job Title: HR Compliance Coordinator

Job Description

Maintain and manage the HR information system to ensure data accuracy. Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for HR decisions. Assist HR staff with system-related questions and troubleshooting. Implement updates and new features in the HR information system (ADP Workforce Now). Conduct audits to identify gaps and risks, and make recommendations based on data analysis. Work on employee file projects and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and manage the HR information system to ensure data accuracy.

  • Generate and analyze reports to provide insights for HR decisions.

  • Assist HR staff with system-related questions and troubleshooting.

  • Implement updates and new features in the HR information system (ADP Workforce Now).

  • Conduct process audits for compliance, identify gaps and risks, and make recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Work on employee file projects and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.

  • Track relevant compliance data and ensure compliance.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.

  • 2+ years of experience in HR field.

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot tables and V-Look ups.

  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now preferred.

  • Strong problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication skills.

  • Quick and independent learner.

  • Understanding of basic HR functions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Heavy auditing and reporting experience.

  • HR auditing and reporting experience.

  • HR compliance and data analysis skills.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00
