Meet Your Team:
People & Culture Local Services provides services where unique country support is required while we continue to deliver consistent and standardized services aligned with global initiatives. By combining local labor knowledge and deep process understanding, we support efficient and compliant HR service delivery. Our team is responsible for resolving employee requests, consulting employees, and carrying out operational HR administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, and termination processes. As a P&C Services Consultant, you will cooperate closely with all other teams within HR, delivering services both onsite and remotely.
What You'll Do:
Lead and execute the operational aspects of essential HR activities to support our diverse team.
Collaborate in payroll processes, ensuring accurate data collection, collation, and preparation for our external payroll partner.
Administer contractual changes, manage absences and benefits, making sure all employees are supported.
Facilitate inclusive onboarding for new team members and contribute to a respectful exit procedure.
Create HR statements and employment verification letters while supporting HR inquiries with empathy and clarity.
Maintain HR portal pages and manage administrative tasks during organizational restructurings.
Submit employment changes online to the National Revenue Agency, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Engage in both local and global projects, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity.
Support the annual HR audit with diligence and integrity.
What You Bring:
Proficiency in Bulgarian and English (written and spoken) is essential, enabling effective communication with diverse teams.
Comprehensive understanding of Bulgarian employment law and legislation, contributing to a compliant and inclusive workplace.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, bolstered by experience in payroll processing, to support a seamless employee experience.
Customer-focused mindset, demonstrated through strong analytical and problem-solving skills that enhance service delivery.
Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail, even in high-pressure situations.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, while being adaptable and flexible in diverse and dynamic environments.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, with additional experience in SAP HR systems, project management practices, and CRM systems being advantageous.
