Job Description

Prepare media and buffer solutions. Operate Clean-in-Place (CIP) and Steam-in-Place (SIP) systems. Assemble and operate filtration systems. Operate general production equipment such as pH and conductivity meters, autoclave, portable mixers, etc. Monitor and record critical process parameters. Complete all relevant paperwork following GDP/GMP guidelines. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of production equipment to maintain GMP standards. Perform sampling using aseptic techniques. Participate on Continuous Improvement Teams. Receive and distribute supplies into production areas as necessary. Train and mentor other team members. Assist in troubleshooting process problems and responding to alarms. May perform other duties as assigned.

Hard Skills

• 6+ months of experience working in a GMP environment

• Previous experience or understanding of process working in a cleanroom

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Social Circle, Georgia.

Work Environment

Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating 12HR Night Shift - 6:30PM-6AM on an alternating 2-3-2 schedule.

Week 1: Tues 6:30PM-6AM, Wed 6:30PM-6AM, Thurs Off, Fri Off, Sat 6:30PM-6AM, Sun 6:30PM-6AM

Week 2: Tues Off, Wed Off, Thurs 6:30PM-6AM, Fri 6:30PM-6AM, Sat Off, Sun Off

Repeating weeks 1 and 2. Will be working in a cleanroom environment. Must gown up and down each time they enter the manufacturing area.
