Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping Deep knowledge of housekeeping operations, industry best practices, and cleanliness standards Strong leadership and team-building skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences Proficient in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
