Overview

We are seeking a People Operations Hub Lead for Asia to be responsible for overseeing and driving the delivery of People Operations Services, for approximately 15,000 headcounts across all Lines of Business. People Operations delivers services for accurate employee payments, onboarding and offboarding, benefit administration, immigration processing and regulatory and statutory reporting.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a team of People Operations professionals responsible for delivery of core People Ops services and in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, China, Thailand, Philippines, and Vietnam are delivered to agreed service levels and regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

  • Deliver approved country and regional projects, by execution of existing plans or devise appropriate plans for country specific improvements or changes.

  • Identify gaps in service delivery and partner with People Service Centre to implement practical, scalable solutions.

  • Partner with the Head of People Operations, People Business Partners and other COEs to drive the transformation of the People Operating model and strategic People plan.

  • Monitor the use of People Ops service technology (ServiceNow, PeopleSoft, Avature, OpenTxt) working closely with People Platform team to promote self-service adoption, identify process efficiencies in conjunction with the PSC.

  • Oversees statutory compliance and internal controls, identifying and mitigating potential control gaps and risks to CBRE, partnering with Legal, Compliance, SOX and other Stakeholders to solution.

  • Monitor third-party vendor SLA's and be an escalation point where service or scope requirements need to be addressed during the life of a supplier agreement, partnering with Vendor Managers.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree HR, Business Administration, or any other relevant discipline, with minimum of 10 years’ experience in Human Resources

  • Solid understanding of functions and processes in HR Operations with a Shared Service model, in a mix of decentralised and centralised HR Operating models

  • Experience in delivering People Operations services, including Payroll, in multiple Asian Countries

  • Strong people management skills to manage onshore and offshore resources

  • Capability to build positive and productive relationships to gather feedback for improvements.

  • Ability to drive change and work with a range of stakeholders across a complex matrixed organization

  • Good knowledge and understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft, Service Now, Avature or other HR Systems related databases
