About the Role :

As a CBRE Handyman, you will support basic repair, plumbing and electrical support.

What You’ll Do:

· Basic repair skills such as changing/resetting locker, tighten door hinges, adjust desk controllers, etc.

· Basic plumbing skills such as changing taps, repair water leakage, repair hose, clear choke etc.

· Simple painting of walls and floors

· Basic electrical works such as changing of light tubes, bulbs, starter of lights etc.

· Provide support for events and meeting/training rooms set-up requests

· Conduct quality daily/monthly/yearly checks and tasks for proper maintenance of facilities and office equipment

· Vendor management and escorting service contractors

· Receive work order tickets assigned by helpdesk and timely closure and reporting

· Any other duties assigned by Facilities Manager

· Able to over-time to support office move and events set-up requests (ad-hoc)

What You'll Need:

• Minimum NITEC in Building Services / Built Environment / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum one-year relevant working experience in building maintenance or office workplace environment

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Words, Excel)

• Good knowledge in building and facilities systems

• Good verbal (English) and written communication skills, pro-active and self-drive

• Able to interact with people and a good team player
