Title and Summary

Director, Integrations - IDS1245

Mastercard’s Services organization develops and delivers world-class security products and services for customers across the globe. In Identity Solutions, we offer a real-time product that analyzes user activity to detect and mitigate industrial-scale attacks from hackers on user logins, account creation, purchases and other transactional placements. We solve real world security challenges and mitigate threats for some of the largest technology, eCommerce, and financial institutions in the world, including members in the top 5 of the Fortune 500.

This is a multifaceted, customer-centric role which is ideal for candidates with exceptional leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills. While focusing to ensure client onboarding success, you will lead a team of Integration Engineers managing sophisticated integration projects, own service delivery and ensure that all aspects of client integrations are completed successfully. The NuData Integration Lead will be given a broad latitude to decide how to accomplish goals and is encouraged to take opportunities to maximize the Integration team's potential to deliver better results.

This is a permanent, full-time position, with limited travel required from our Singapore office.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology levels.

• Foster client interaction and maximize customer engagement.

• Ensure that integration criteria are aligned with the customer's business and success objectives.

• Take a leadership role in resolving challenges, guiding clients through product implementation and aligning with business stakeholders.

• Manage and ensure the successful delivery of all customer integration projects.

• Improve business processes and policies to facilitate a world class customer experience.

• Provide coaching, mentoring and guidance across the integration team.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills. Ability to communicate clearly, secure positive outcomes, and break down complex topics.

• Previous experience leading customer engagements, troubleshooting, and identifying technical solutions.

• Experience leading teams, providing feedback and mentoring others.

• Proven track record of leading projects effectively, taking ownership and driving delivery.

• Strong technical skills with an understanding of web services, Javascript, JSON, Web Application Development, and debugging in web and mobile development contexts.

• Previous experience with passive biometric platforms.

• Previous experience in fraud identification and mitigation in eCommerce, finance and/or government.

• Knowledge and understanding of SaaS platforms and related client integration.

• Software development experience using Java.

• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Grafana for server-based software components.

• Experience implementing a range of SDKs in mobile, desktop and native app environments.

• Previous experience in the security, finance, or e-commerce industries.
