About the Role:

As a CBRE Facilities Supervisor (AFM), you will supervise the team that coordinates with clients, vendors, and contractors to make sure work orders are complete.

This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area which focuses on all aspects of the operations of a set of assets, providing support to the Property Managers regarding all repairs and investment plans.

What You’ll Do:

• Organizing and overseeing the FMC team, subcontractors, and maintenance programs.

• Managing emergency repairs, troubleshooting, and coordinating subcontractors.

• Providing technical reports and overseeing Permit to Work systems.

• Ensuring health and safety compliance and managing risk assessment reports.

• Assisting the Facilities Manager and managing works and inspections.

• Handling customer service issues and office management.

• Manage the booking of facilities.

• Assist in the setting up of any events.

• To assist the in setting up the Fire Fighting Team (CERT)

• Support the Facilities Manager in managing the property and covering their duties when they are absent.

• Undertaking any other necessary tasks for the property's operations as directed by the Client.

What You’ll Need:

• Local Diploma in any discipline with minimum 3 years of job-related experience.

• In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.

• Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.

• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.

• Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
