Job Description Summary
The AKA Commercial Operations Leader – Imaging will be responsible for managing commercial operations and the excellence of the Imaging business within AKA. The priority of this role is to deploy strategic initiatives, provide guidance, and drive consistent operational rigor and commercial excellence of Imaging businesses within the AKA zone.
The AKA Imaging Com Ops leader will collaborate with Imaging commercial leaders of each LCT, Modality leaders, Orders Management, Finance, Marketing within AKA. This role will be reporting to AKA Commercial Ops/Excellence Director.

Job Description
Key Responsibilities/ Essential functions include:
Commercial Operations
Partner with LCT Commercial and Commercial Operation teams to achieve business targets on Orders. Work with modality leaders to maximize business outcomes.
Drive operational execution, and accurate forecasting by driving op mech; identify challenges, facilitate problem resolution.
Provide key analytic insights to maximize business weekly, monthly, and quarterly outcomes.
Collaborate with ANZ/Korea Commercial Operations/ Excellence team and drive ITO process alignment.
Lead ITO (Inquiry to Order) process of ASEAN LCTs.
Commercial Rigor/ Intensity
Lead and manage the wing-to-wing range of commercial excellence and simplification of AKA zone.
Provide analytical measures of commercial operation rigor (i.e. funnel size, commitments, weekly pacing & etc.) and provide key insights to the AKA leadership team.
Drive funnel management rigor by providing insights; funnel size by each period, funnel health, opportunities management, and funnel vs. estimate.
Develop efficient measures/ tools and drive commercial rigor (PBI, SFDC) across AKA.
Lead deployment and enhancement of commercial tools (SFDC, Apttus).
Liaise with LCT commercial & operation team and lead project management of the deployment of new tools. Work with LCT teams to identify challenges and drive consistent solutions across AKA zone.
Manage commercial tools (SFDC) governance – account, segment, and other commercial operation structures.
Lead implementation of key policy and guidance changes (i.e. Orders guidance, DoA, and etc.)
Drive commercial process simplification/improvement. Closely understand day-to-day operations, assess process inconsistency across LCTs, and identify process/ operational gaps. Lead process improvement. Partner with ITO teams and drive simplification.
Provide Commercial Excellence (processes, policy, and structural guidance) support to LCT Commercial/ Commercial Operation teams as needed.
Facilitate best practice sharing and implementation across LCTs.
Required Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Equivalent.
At least 7 years of progressive experience in commercial, operation, or finance.
Strong analytic skills: able to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and drive positive change.
Clear thinking / problem solving: ability to lead cross-functional projects/process improvement within operations/finance function involving process improvement; able to quickly grasp new ideas
Excellent communication skills: ability to clearly communicate complex financial information in a easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing; experience working across multiple levels (including executive level), functions and regions would be a plus
Strong interpersonal skill : Confidence/Assertiveness and strong influencing skills. Ability to manage and work with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
Adaptable/Flexible: being open to change in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations
Demonstrated leadership skills and experiences. Strong organization management skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Desired Characteristics
