Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $25 /Hour

What you'll be doing as a Lead Handyman:

• Considers themselves “handy” or “mechanically inclined”.

• Has Basic to High Level Handyman skills like drywall patching, plumbing, painting, electrical, door repair, carpentry, etc.

• Likes to take things apart and put them back together.

• Can show up to work every day, on time.

• Works well on their own as well as with a team occasionally.

• Has a good work attitude.

• Has a current, clean/unrestricted California Drivers License.

• Has good communication skills.

• Lead handy man, must be able to do a little bit of everything.

• From light plumbing, electrical, drywall and install.

• Talk to customers, get to work sites, be able work with others, must be able to problem solve.

Available shifts:

Shift timings - All Available

Job requirements:

• Strong work ethic 

• Able to stand on your feet for long periods of time 

• Able to work in all weather conditions 

• Able to lift light to heavy objects

• Must have experience in construction or handy man service

• Valid drivers license and Covid Vaccine

• Background check and drug screening required
