Description We are looking to bring on board an Accounts Payable Clerk within the Real Estate and Property sector, located in SILVER SPRING, Maryland. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity where you will be keying in invoices and managing various accounts payable tasks. No prior experience with Jenark is required.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately processing invoices in a timely manner.

• Reconciling account balances and maintaining precise records.

• Executing check runs to ensure timely and accurate payments.

• Utilizing coding invoices for proper record keeping and data management.

• Performing data entry tasks related to accounts payable.

• Assisting in invoice processing to ensure all financial transactions are recorded.

• Proficiently using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping.

• Utilizing Oracle for database management and record keeping.

• Using QuickBooks for accounting purposes and managing financial transactions.

• Implementing SAP for business operations and customer relations. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Real Estate & Property industry.

• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation.

• Demonstrated competency in Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience with Check Runs.

• Expertise in Coding Invoices.

• Proficient in Data Entry.

• Experience in Invoice Processing.

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of Oracle is preferred.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks software.

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
