ECS is seeking an

Information Security Analyst Intermediate to work in our

Sierra Vista, AZ office.

ECS is seeking an Intermediate IA specialist with Army Accreditation and Authorization (A&A) and RMF experience, who has expertise in security assessment documentation. This position will support the Army Endpoint Security Solution (AESS) for the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will have the opportunity to work and grow your expertise with a team of cyber security experts working to tackle the cyber defense issues of the modern military with creative and innovative solutions, while using your expertise in RMF to maintain all IA requirements.

Required Skills

• Full Top Secret security clearance, SCI eligible (Active SSBI), US Citizen

• Bachelors Degree

• Required Certifications: IA Certification IAT I IAW DOD 8570.01 or higher

• A minimum of 4 years experience as an Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) or similar role in which your technical experience can easily be translated into IA, including generating security documentation for requirements, assessment, compliance, SOPs, test results, etc.

• A minimum of 2 years A&A experience with the Army

• Expert knowledge of eMASS.

• Experience with vulnerability scanning and assessment tools

• Strong desktop publishing skills utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience with industry writing style to include grammar, sentence form, and structure

• Strong initiative, detail-orientation, and organizational skills, as well as demonstrate an aptitude for analytical thinking

• Ability to multitask in a deadline-oriented environment across several projects and teams

• Demonstrated ability to work well independently and as a part of a team

• Excellent work ethic and a high commitment to quality

• Knowledge of Host Based Security system, including ePO, ENS 10, DLP, RSD, DCM, APS, RSD

• VMWare environment

• Windows Server 2019

• RedHat Enterprise Linux 8/9

• The ability to think conceptually, analytically, and in broad and complex ways

Managing the full RMF lifecycle to maintain an ATO

Ensuring all Federal, Department of Defense (DoD), Army, and Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) IA requirements are met and compliant

Providing Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice on RMF and the Armys A&A process
