Description - General Manager: * Responsible for the operations and profitability the store * Must be willing to actively handle leads, follow up, and T. O’s both in store and online through phone calls, texts, and emails. * Oversee dealership staffing, hiring, and training new employees. * Meet sales quotas and goals and assists in financing arrangements. * Actively support, encourage, and motivate managers daily to maintain high morale. * Exhibit a professional management style that sets an example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability. * Accountable for daily performance metrics in overall store performance * Support other operational units within the store to achieve maximum return on opportunity for the dealership.
