Job Title: Welder / Fabricator

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled welder and fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reading blueprints, taking parts, and using weld equipment to fabricate and weld large dumpster equipment. You will work within a team to complete jobs, utilizing your expertise in MIG welding. You will handle materials with a thickness of 1/2 inch and weld beads of 1 inch and 1/2 inch.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints to understand job specifications.

• Use welding equipment to fabricate and weld large dumpster equipment.

• Work collaboratively within a team to complete projects.

• Perform MIG welding techniques.

• Handle materials with 1/2 inch thickness and create 1 inch and 1/2 inch weld beads.

Work Environment

1st shift from 5:00am - 3:30pm, Monday through Friday

2nd shift from 3:30pm to 3:30am, Monday through Thursday, with a 20% shift premium

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
