Protective Industrial Products Digital Designer in Sharonville, Ohio
The Digital Designer is responsible for executing high-quality creative solutions that effectively deliver on strategy across digital platforms and multimedia campaigns, including but not limited to websites, ecommerce, social, and digital ads. Working closely with the Creative Management, E-com, and Marcom teams, the Digital Designer transforms ideas and concepts into engaging, user-centric, and visually appealing designs and imagery that align with our brand’s voice and user experience goals, driving conversions and enhance the overall user experience.

CORE SKILLS/COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital design within a collaborative fast paced creative team environment.
Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design for various digital platforms.
Advanced knowledge of web design principles and best practices.
Advanced skill of creative software; Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom.
Knowledge of Figma or Adobe XD preferred.
Knowledge of Premier Pro and After Effects is a plus
Skilled in photo editing and participating in photo shoots, with a good understanding of lighting and composition.
Proven ability to manage and deliver projects on time, with a high standard of quality.
Ability to contribute to a team environment and work independently on projects.
A proactive attitude with the willingness to take on a variety of projects and learn new skills in a rapidly evolving field.
