Maintain and trouble-shoot greenhouse systems; monitor aquaponic system functions, planting, harvesting, and managing fish stock • Oversee food safety records and compliance standards • Help to create planting and harvesting processes that integrate aquaponics and field production plans • Coordinate with harvest and farmer's market teams to bring produce from the aquaponics program to the residents of the local community • Direct small groups of volunteers to work alongside contractors • Attend meetings as required
