Confidential Employer Administrative Technician in Sharon, Pennsylvania

Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Review and verify the accuracy of participant applications for all programs.
  2. Review and verify all supporting documents to determine participant eligibility.
  3. Review and verify the accuracy of all PWE, OJT, internship, and other subsidized work contracts.
  4. Review and process ITA (training) and other requests.
  5. Review and verify the accuracy of Exit Files.
  6. Maintain active and terminated Master Files for both County offices.
  7. Maintain various lists and reports related to program services
  8. Work with Case Managers and other staff to ensure corrections and changes are made to case files.
  9. Utilize and enter updates into CWDS (Pennsylvania's data reporting system).
  10. Follow policies and practices to ensure compliance with State and Federal laws, policies, and regulations.

     

Other duties include:

  1. Stay abreast of changes to regulations, policies, and procedures regarding all workforce programs.
  2. Maintain monitoring files for general use by all Division, including local and state monitoring reports.
  3. Generate or obtain MIS reports for GB, WDB, Commonwealth and Federal Agencies.
  4. Assist in filing all materials related to MIS.
  5. Act as the POC (point of contact) for the State Eligible Provider's List.
  6. Travel and attend occasional activities that may require overnight accommodations.
  7. Accomplish in a timely manner, other tasks requested by the Program Division Chief.
