Your key responsibilities• Handle key customer projects: enter and follow up in project management tool according to established rules, coordinate activities with other functions involved, including sampling for clients and for consumer tests• Work with creation hub to work winning idea for key customer. • Indentify rising star clients and develop white space in NE China market.• Take care of day to day client requests. Collaborate with Customer Care to ensure client satisfaction.• Work with supply chain team on fragrance forecast to improve the FC accuracy.
