General Summary:

Main Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall RF system performance of multi-radio coexistence across a wide variety of Qualcomm products. Focus on:

1. Defining 2/3/4/5G co-existence and concurrency perfomrance requirements and test methodology.

2. Ensuring that the product is designed to meet requirements, both on a conducted and radiated level.

3. Building and implementing test systems in a lab environment, to check the product performance.

4. Interpreting and analysis test data across a wide range of test cases, across multiple wireless technologies.

5. Optimize test method an test case to improve work efficiency.

6. Other RF performance test implementation.

Basic Request

1. Familiar Wireless Communication theory.

2. Experience with RF intruments including spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, wirless communication tester.

3. Know 2/3/4/5G RF performance requirement and standard.

4. CET-6

Preferred:

1. Experience in RF hardware design or debug or test.

2. Ability to write test script for automation.

3. Strong speaking English. CET-6 or equal

Education Requirements

Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering, or related Master or above

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
