RGM Manager - Pricing and Promotion

RGM Manager: take the lead in driving RGM for the system, be the RGMX Champion. Establishing analytics processes and tools leveraging system data to identify revenue growth opportunities. Establishing a shopper-based RGM framework and revenue mapping to evaluate, quantify and identify potential longer term revenue growth opportunities. Formulate OBPPC strategies that target these opportunities, build business cases and sell in to the system. Implement and track success in Pricing and Promotion to drive the System topline growth and margin expansion.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Establish a process and analytics procedure that evaluates, quantifies, identifies and prioritizes revenue growth opportunities of Pricing and Promotion, utilizing system data that ultimately delivers a measurable improvement to system revenue growth; gather system support for the analytics procedure and transform it into a system accepted RGM tools.

  • Insight based Pricing/Promotion Strategy in long term business plan as well as annual business plan every year.

  • Setting category/brand pricing guideline and work together with OBPPC team on Pack Pricing Architecture.

  • Pricing tree analysis and value chain analysis to guide the mix management and pack investment strategy of the System.

  • Lead the System evolvement of promotion management process and promotion optimization exercise with bottlers, mainly collaborate with bottling group RGM team and KA team incl. CCMG NKA and RKA/LKA managed by bottlers.

  • Deliver regular promotion guidelines for drive effective consumer promotions with maximized ROI.

  • Connect with Global RGM automation team, and deploy global AI-based RGM tool of Pricing and Promotion optimization in China.

  • Connect with global RGM community for knowledge exchange and then leapfrog the RGM capability in China.

  • Cross-function collaboration, incl. finance, supply chain, marketing, franchise, etc. for creating the business case with integrated resources and plan.

  • Develop business cases for the pricing and promotion plans that target the prioritized revenue growth and margin expansion opportunities, gather bottlers' support and sell in the plans to the system, alignment of plans with key stakeholders, define picture of success, and lead the implementation of plans.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A highly analytical mind and proficiency in analytical thinking, very number-savvy, and has a good understanding of the needs of consumers, shoppers, customers, and bottlers.

  • Communicate ideas effectively to different audiences, be persuasive and influential in his/her communication.

  • Have an in-depth understanding of bottlers' business operations and a strong business acumen.

  • Finance knowledge or background is a plus.

  • Customer related knowledge or background is a plus.

  • 5+ years of experience in FMCG industry

  • English proficiency is a must

  • Bachelor's degree & above
