Work Arrangement

This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to HQ Building in Shanghai, China full time.

The Role -

This role will Develop purchasing strategies based on the requirements of GMPI to ensure the timely implementation of business and optimize purchasing costs; Supplement the supplier resources for sales marketing commodities, including PR, Merchandise, Dealer Decoration, etc; Optimize the current GMPI purchasing process according to the requirements to improve work efficiency.

What You’ll Do -

• Develop and implement sales market purchasing strategies based on the business development and requirement. Ensure effectively control purchasing costs and improve service quality.

• Be responsible for the development and full - life - cycle management of sales market suppliers. Explore high - quality supplier resources, establish and maintain long - term and stable cooperative relationships. Evaluate the service performance of suppliers, optimize the supplier database based on the evaluation results, and ensure the stability and efficiency of service supply.

• Collect and analyze information of sales market, including but not limited to prices, service model innovation, etc., to provide professional and reliable basis for the market service purchasing decisions.

• Lead sales market procurement negotiations including service scope, service duration, service fees, and liability for breach of contract to ensure that the contract terms are clear and reasonable, fully safeguard the interests, and effectively identify and control various risks in the purchasing process.

• Optimize the current GMPI purchasing process according to the requirements to improve work efficiency.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications) ​​

• Indirect purchasing experience, especially for sales marketing;

• Excellent negotiation skills as well as communication and coordination abilities. Be adept at communicating and collaborating efficiently with suppliers, the marketing department, and other internal departments to promote the smooth implementation of purchasing projects.

• Skills of using office software and purchasing systems, capable of using data analysis tools to conduct in - depth analysis of market service purchasing data.

• Have a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to withstand pressure. Be able to maintain efficient work in a complex and changeable market environment and under urgent purchasing tasks, ensuring the smooth progress of the company's market service purchasing work.

• Fluent English skills in written and verbal
