SeaView Community Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our Child and Family Program. This vital role involves providing outpatient and home-based family services, focused on enhancing the well-being and development of children and families in our community.
About the Role:
As the Clinical Supervisor, you will oversee a team of professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality therapeutic services. You will ensure the effective implementation of program goals, adherence to clinical standards, and the fostering of a supportive environment for both staff and the families we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train a team of a Case Manager and Peer Support Specialist.
- Oversee the development and implementation of treatment plans.
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical guidelines.
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance service delivery.
- Conduct regular case reviews and provide clinical oversight.
- Lead efforts to evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Provide direct services to children and families.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
- Licensed as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, or similar in Alaska preferred.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience, with a focus on child and family therapy preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Commitment to trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices.
