Philips Service Account Manager in Seoul, South Korea

Job title: CS Service Account Manager

Role Summary:

Services Account Management develops and executes strategic and tactical sales plans to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with account sales team.

Key Areas of Responsibilities :

Develop and execute a tactical sales plan to exceed financial targets that include sales of: Multivendor Agreements, Warranty Conversions, Billable Conversions, Contract Renewals, and Point of Sale (POS) interventions with account sales teams.

  • Develop and drive a credible and productive long-term relation with customers to maximize the value (top- and bottom-line) of the short & long term CS business with the account for Philips based on the deep understanding of customers strategies and priorities external trends, market insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, legislation.

  • Coordinate efficient One Philips approach to the customer, by working with EQ Sales, CS Marketing, Service delivery team members at account.

  • Develop CS Account Strategy aligned with the Customer’s priorities, and drive key account customer Sales Plans in order to fulfill key account plan growth.

  • Drives continuous CS process improvement via Lean.

  • CS Funnel Management via daily management methodology.

  • Develop, maintain and improve of the relations a limited number of key accounts to keep or to set Philips as preferred supplier.

  • Initializing and coordinating all Philips efforts to the accounts in order to maximize the output of the sales group.

  • Maintain and develop Installbased business including SVC, Techmax and CLV.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • University degree with 2-10 years of related experience in healthcare industry

  • Prefer related experience in Radiology and Cardiology area

  • Experience in building and executing account strategy and CRM

  • Passionate and motivated mindset to boost the sales and overcome business challenge

  • Winning sprit, resilience and ability to influence colleagues

  • Customer orientation, good communication skill
