The role.

As the General IT Manager, you'll spearhead the local implementation of our global IT strategy, ensuring seamless integration and support across various business sectors. From managing local IT projects to overseeing budgets and contracts, you'll be the trusted partner driving efficiency and risk management measures. Additionally, as our Cybersecurity Representative, you'll uphold the highest standards of cybersecurity, providing essential technical expertise, implementing security measures, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. And as an Inspire IQ Expert, you'll champion our cutting-edge IIoT solution, Inspire IQ, guiding customers towards proactive maintenance solutions and delivering top-notch support and training. Here are more details about the responsibilities.

[General IT Management]

  • Responsible for the local implementation of Global IT Strategy at Innomotics KR

  • This includes local IT leadership and the implementation support of globally driven IT projects covering various business areas.

  • Responsible for executing local IT projects in the Innomotics KR region as IT project manager.

  • Responsible for collecting IT requirements and working on providing business relevant solutions as a trusted IT partner for the Business including coordination of User Engagement Management

  • Responsible for IT budget for the Innomotics KR region

  • s continuous improvement of allocated IT services, including driving measures for providing the most efficient IT services.

  • Takes care of effective risk management measures within the assigned area of responsibility.

  • Oversees IT related contract agreements internally as well as with 3rd party providers of local IT services.

  • Guides implementation and/or execution of IT policies, guidelines, programs, and standards relevant for business areas.

  • Acting as an advisor in all strategic and/or functional IT matters to all primary contacts including business executives in the Innomotics KR region.

  • Supports researching, analyzing, consolidating, and interpreting data using statistical and data analytics methods to create information on business-relevant topics, e.g. market environment, operational processes and equipment performance etc.

  • Supports acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and maintenance of databases/data systems.

  • Manages and optimizes pre-defined tools, applications and data bases/data management systems.

  • Creates reports and communicates results to various internal and/or external stakeholders (e.g. management).

  • Responsible for coaching and consulting of all employees (and roles) in regard to using agile methods (e.g. mindset, mode of working, methodologies and tools)

  • Supports with know-how and strategic view based on global IT strategy business applications programming activities in multiple Business areas (e.g. finance)

  • Responsible for setting up with the Business and supporting user acceptance testing required for the implementation of global or local IT projects.

  • Supports users and coordinates formal trainings during the roll out of new IT services, conducts informal trainings and provides ongoing support for behavioral and cultural change initiatives (change management) to help Business colleagues using new technologies for more effective and efficient way of working.

[Cyber Security Representative]

  • The Cybersecurity Representative (CSR) contribute individually to the achievement of functional or business targets by applying their fundamental cybersecurity expertise.

  • The responsibility of the Cybersecurity Representative in his/her area is to support employees and managers in complying with the cybersecurity regulations and processes.

  • Provide basic technical expertise about cybersecurity and local support for cybersecurity related topics.

  • Implement security measures on behalf of the Cybersecurity Officer in business processes, products, systems, solutions, services, projects, IT and OT

  • Drive continuous improvement of cybersecurity in the area of responsibility.

  • Measure and report defined cybersecurity KPIs, provide regular status updates to the Cybersecurity Officer.

  • Contribute to local resource planning and training.

[Inspire IQ Expert]

  • As an Inspire IQ Expert, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and promoting our holistic IIoT solution, Inspire IQ. This comprehensive solution is designed to provide intelligent transparency and proactive maintenance for industrial drive systems. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure our customers effectively utilize Inspire IQ to avoid costly faults or failures in their production processes, particularly involving key components like motors and converters.

  • Provide top-notch customer support and troubleshoot issues.

  • Promote Inspire IQ through presentations and demos.

  • Maintain expertise in IIoT, drive systems, motors, and converters.

  • Guide customers on proactive maintenance using Inspire IQ.

  • Conduct training sessions for new users.

  • Collect feedback and assist in product improvement.

  • Create and update documentation and reports.

Your profile.

  • years in IT or related Business Excellence role.

  • Experience with ITIL service process, agile methodology and various business processes is required.

  • Experience with SAP ERP system and its processes as well as with MS Dynamics platform is beneficial.

  • Cloud solutions, basic network setup, cyber security and other client related knowledge is desirable.

  • IT Management experience especially with managing 3rd party relationships is preferred.

  • Being ready to successfully navigate in a Global company with a global matrix organization, diligent, self-driven and resilient.

  • Structured, strategic, and proactive thinking, with systematic methodology and strong analysis and execution skills.

  • Adequate proficiency on MS office and standard CRM tools.

  • Result oriented and costumer focused.

  • Able to effectively communicate up and down the organization considering various internal and external contact partners.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English is a must.
