Description:

• To ensure the smooth operation of the Club Olympus department, covering the gym, pool and other recreational facilities and activities.

• Excellent Club Olympus membership management.

• Able to manage outsourced employees as well as keep positive relationship with the outsourced company.

Qualifications:

• Must hold Korean Nationality

• Ideally with a relevant university degree or diploma in Leisure management or Hospitality/Tourism management.

• Minimum 5 years work experience as Fitness Club Manager or Assistant Club Manager in larger operation or hospitality industry.

• Understand hotel fitness of luxury membership organization management and have at least 5 years of experience in operations.

• Validated membership operations management and inter communication skills.

• Ability to develop membership programs and promotions.

• Good problem solving and administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

• Living Sports Instructor license holder

• Able to speak, write and read documents in English.
