Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers via telephone, other electronic means, and at customer locations

• Assist customers in deploying Siemens EDA’s Calibre manufacturing software to solve design challenges

• Track and update customer issues using defined Siemens EDA’s processes and tracking tools

• Develop and deliver technical training on new features and product updates

• Develop technical content for Siemens EDA’s knowledgebase

• Communicate customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5-year experience in foundries tape-out flow integration/automation is preferred

• Familiar with Calibre SVRF/OPC/RET rule language is a plus

• Candidates should have a working familiarity with Unix and Linux OS

• Proficiency in Unix shell scripting, Tcl, Python, and other scripting languages is a plus

• Familiarity with Machine learning solutions (algorithm, theory, statistics) is a plus

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problems and provide solutions

• Good relationship-building skills and fluent speaking/presentation skills in English
