Adecco US, Inc. Assembler 2nd Shift in Seminole, Florida

Adecco is currently seeking qualified candidates for Mechanical Assembler positions at a local manufacturing facility in Largo, FL. These temporary positions are for 2nd shift , requiring flexibility for overtime and weekend work, with 8-10 hour workdays, 6 to 7 days a week. Immediate start!

Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pay: $21.45 per hour, with weekly pay

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed verbal or written instructions, including visual aids, to perform assembly tasks.

  • Execute basic, standardized, and repetitive electronic assembly operations, including labeling components, assemblies, or subassemblies.

  • Assemble components manually according to specifications, ensuring accuracy using visual aids.

  • Conduct visual inspections to verify proper insertion and placement of parts.

  • Utilize barcode scanners and small hand tools to complete tasks effectively.

  • Ensure all assemblies and components are handled correctly and clearly marked.

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.

  • 1-2 year manufacturing experience.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to collect data, analyze information, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Basic computer proficiency.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

Note: Overtime and weekend availability are required for this role.

Pay Details: $21.45 per hour
