The Sales GTM (SGTM) organization sits squarely between the product teams who make our ad solutions, and the field teams who sell it. GTM Specialists in the Product Sales Specialist organization are the voice of the customer and the field back to the Ads Product orgs, as well as the business owners for delivering on customer outcomes through the adoption of product solution. They are responsible for:
Owning interactions with each Product org, producing a stack-ranked set of Global Sales priorities, and influencing requirements, roadmap decisions and trade-offs
Developing and implementing global GTM strategies and sales plays, both for existing capabilities and new ones (e.g. betas, launches)
WW Service and operations team engagement as it pertains to new and emerging products and 4) Partnering with Product Marketing on global Sales and Marketing narratives
This Sr. Manager Sales GTM Programs role will work across Sales GTM teams, developing multi-product GTM strategies that maximize performance against advertiser objectives. This role will help define what is the right narrative and combination of products to meet advertiser objectives, and what are the right audiences, campaign setup, and measurement solutions. This person will play a critical role partnering across Sales GTM and with internal product and marketing teams to bring disparate ad products into a compelling unified story. The right candidate for this role will thrive building large impactful programs in an ambiguous environment.

Basic Qualifications
10+ years of building and leading large teams and working in matrixed operating structures experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives and cross functional teams or equivalent
Experience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platforms and architectures or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of managing and developing high performance teams experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $174,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $288,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
