Amazon Sr. Manager, Product Management Tech, Buy with Prime and Multi-Channel Fufillment API in Seattle, Washington
Description
Are you passionate about creating value for millions of customers through innovative developer solutions? The Amazon Buy with Prime (BwP) and Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) Interface product team seeks a Senior Manager to lead our API product development team.
You will lead the development of API products that enable merchants to integrate BwP and MCF into their off-Amazon shopping experiences. This integration strategy is crucial for business growth through various channels (e.g. ESP, OMS, Ads channels, Direct Integration).
Key job responsibilities
Product Strategy & Leadership:
Develop and execute product strategy aligned with business goals
Lead API investment decisions based on developer needs
Accelerate product development velocity and quality
Drive Prime and non-Prime API convergence at service level
Developer Experience:
Simplify and improve integration processes
Enhance technical documentation and resources
Engage with technical decision-makers to identify integration requirements
Author API documentation, guides, and sample code
Measure and optimize developer impact metrics
Team Management:
Build and lead high-performing product teams
Drive cross-organizational programs
Influence senior stakeholders
Manage product roadmap and prioritization
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
4+ years of technical product or program management experience
1+ years of team management experience
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Preferred Qualifications
6+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Experience in software development

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
