We are looking for a driven and highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer who is passionate about making a difference. Here, you will collaborate with some of the top talent in the field, ensuring flawless project execution and contributing to our mission of delivering unparalleled animation and compositing experiences for our customers. What you'll Do Design, develop, and implement After Effects features that will be used by millions of users globally. Collaborate with multi-functional teams to successfully implement innovative features and improve existing ones. Conduct detailed code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest standards of code quality. Follow Agile methodologies in software development to deliver reliable and maintainable code. Drive continuous improvement by identifying and completing opportunities for process and product improvements. Mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment that promotes growth and learning. What you need to succeed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience. Proven track record of developing high-quality C++ and desktop applications. Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to collaborators who may not have a technical background. A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
