HARBORVIEW’S EMPLOYEE HEALTH SERVICES has an outstanding opportunity for a PROGRAM COORDINATOR Work Schedule
40 hours per week

100% Onsite DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION Harborview’s Employee Health Department
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate documentation of new employee and volunteer onboarding, including immunization and health records, ensuring a complete employee recordis present at the time of visit
Ensure compliance with annual employee health requirements per established policies
Serve as a contact for employees and supervisors regarding bloodborne pathogen exposures and illnesses needing further evaluation
Coordinate outgoing referrals, ensuring complete information is received and entered
Analyze workflows to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Manage stakeholder consultations, including scheduling and gathering responses
Coordinate internal and external communication regarding program activities
Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls and walk-ins, assessing the urgency and nature of each request or concern
Evaluate and maintain company-wide wellness programs and assist with employee communication regarding wellness programs
Oversee the ordering and inventory management of clinic stock and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available and properly maintained
Support the daily operations of the clinic by managing and updating forms, documents, and other essential resources to maintain smooth workflow and efficient functioning
Draft, proofread, and edit documents and presentation materials; compose official correspondence
Oversee and approve program budget expenditures
Research and analyze issues, policies, or data, preparing reports to aid decision-making REQUIREMENTS
High school graduation or equivalent AND two years of experience in the program specialty
