• Opportunity to provide career growth DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION At Otolaryngology Clinic at UW Medical Center our physicians, allergy technician, and clinical audiology staff treat all disorders of the ear, nose and throat (ENT). The Otolaryngology Clinic is a specialty clinic that combines experts from a variety of fields for a comprehensive approach to healthcare. We offer advanced medical and surgical treatment for a wide range of ear, nose and throat, as well as head and neck, sleep and allergy conditions for both adults and children. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing staff, providers, and patients with an efficient system of internal and external communications, including phone answering and call triaging

• Scheduling provider and ancillary service appointments

• Obtaining patient demographic, financial, and clinical information

• Partnering with all members of the clinic team to prioritize patient satisfaction and exceptional care delivery REQUIREMENTS

• High school graduation or equivalent AND

• One year of healthcare, administrative, or customer service experience OR
