• Plant church and provide pastoral care and services for a new congregation, providing direction and spiritual vitality of new ministry, under the guidelines and supervision of the Presbyterian Church in America's Mission.
• Participate in Trinity Church Elder and staff meetings.
• Provide overall effective administration.
• Preach and teach the Word of God during Sunday Service and organize worship & prayer meetings during the week.
• Provide spiritual counseling and guidance for those in need.
• Perform religious sacraments and organize special events/activities.
• Reach out to diverse ethnic communities to build friendship and evangelism.
• Oversee the cross-cultural ministries of the church.
• Provide direction for various ethnic groups trying to acclimate to American culture.
• Bridge cultural awareness, allowing for the ministry to increase its multicultural character.
