Description

Robert Half Technology is looking for a Full Stack Engineer with strong expertise in Angular JS and C#/.NET to support a local healthcare client. The ideal candidate will have experience in modern front-end development, scalable backend development, and cloud-native applications. You will work in an Agile, CI/CD-driven environment, focusing on high-quality software delivery.

Duration: Short-term Contract

Pay rate: $45-$55/hourly (W2)

Location: 100% remote – Must work in PST time zone

Schedule: Monday-Friday (8-5pm PST)

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and deliver highly scalable Cloud Native web applications and services.

• Develop and maintain modern front-end UI web apps using Angular JS and TypeScript.

• Build and integrate highly scalable APIs, continuously deploying updates through an automated CI/CD pipeline.

• Collaborate with UX designers, business analysts, and product owners to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Write and perform unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure software reliability.

• Monitor and improve logging, user analytics, and instrumentation for all services using tools like Kibana or DataDog.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Perform pull request reviews and contribute to a high-quality engineering culture.

  Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a software engineer with strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Expertise in Angular JS and TypeScript (must have experience with recent versions).

• Proficiency in C#/.NET for backend development.

• Experience working in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred, GitHub Actions is also acceptable).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, Azure/GCP acceptable), building scalable systems using containers/serverless architectures.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including schema design and query optimization.

• Understanding of RESTful services, consuming APIs via Postman, Swagger, and handling authentication methods.

• Familiarity with logging and debugging tools such as Kibana or DataDog.

• Experience working with scalable microservices architecture.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Passion for high-quality code and continuous improvement in Agile environments.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with Java (for candidates who are strong in Angular but lack C# experience).

• Familiarity with Figma, HTML, CSS (though UX design is handled by a separate team).
