JLL Experience Receptionist in Seattle, Washington
The Experience Receptionist is a customer-centric role focused on maintaining a welcoming, efficient, and organized office environment. This position is responsible for managing various facility areas, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure a smooth workplace experience for employees and visitors. Responsibilities: Maintain break areas, social hubs, conference rooms, and print areas Welcome employees and assist with office orientations Monitor and ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of workplace areas Collaborate with facilities management to maintain a comfortable work environment Prepare for meetings and events, anticipating and addressing concerns Create work orders for custodial, maintenance, safety, and security issues Perform mail-related tasks (sorting, distributing, preparing shipments) Manage office supply inventory Provide administrative support (scanning, filing, reception backup) Assist with meeting room setups Desired behavioral traits: Exceptional customer service and communication skills Professionalism and responsiveness Proactive problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation Attention to detail and organizational skills Adaptability to various work situations Ability to make sound decisions under pressure Minimum Requirements: GED or High school diploma 2+ years of related experience in office, facility management or customer service in a professional environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) JLL Is an Equal Opportunity Employer JLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
